Important note: This bugfix release comes with a long awaited fix for bug bgo#653573 which resulted in storing a clear-text password in the config file of Gnome Commander when not using Gnome Keyring Manager for storing the connection password.
For GCMD users it is therefore highly recommended to update to v.1.4.6. Furthermore, users should check if there are passwords stored in the Connections section of $HOME/.gnome-commander/gnome-commander.xml and to delete them.
